South West SUP offers stand up paddleboarding experiences across South Devon, with sessions running from their base at Royal William Yard in Plymouth as well as on the beautiful River Dart.
Located next to the Firestone Arch (leading to the Firestone Swim Area), their Royal William Yard base is an easy and accessible spot to get on the water. As you enter the yard, follow the one-way system around to the left — you’ll find them on the left at the end, with pay and display parking directly opposite.
From here, and across their Dart locations, they offer a range of paddleboarding sessions designed to help you feel confident and at ease on the water. Whether you’re completely new to SUP or looking to build your skills, their guided experiences are welcoming, supportive and tailored to different levels.
